Joel T. Trammell
President & CEO, Black Box

Joel Trammell

Mr. Trammell was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer on November 17, 2017. Mr. Trammell joined Black Box as a member of the Board of Directors in 2013. Mr. Trammell's knowledge and experience in the information technology field helped shape the Black Box vision, strategy and direction to become the leading Intelligent Digital Edge solutions company.

Mr. Trammell is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Khorus, a provider of software-based management systems. He also is a Managing Partner of Lone Rock Technology Group and Lake Austin Advisors. Mr. Trammell was a founder and the CEO of Cache IQ, Inc. from June 2010 until it was acquired by NetApp, Inc. in November 2012. Previously, he was a founder and served as the CEO of NetQoS, Inc. from June 2000 to November 2009. Mr. Trammell has more than 25 years of experience in IT related software companies. Mr. Trammell is a successful author and publisher of the TheAmericanCEO.com.

Dave Russo
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Dave Russo

Mr. Russo joined Black Box as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on April 24, 2017. Mr. Russo brings diverse financial acumen and experience building world-class finance organizations that will assist Black Box position itself as The Trusted Digital Partner. He was previously the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for L.B. Foster. At L.B. Foster, he was an integral part of the leadership team that transformed the company and improved its business model through expanding margins, driving working capital efficiency and effecting strategic investments. Prior to joining L.B. Foster, he was Corporate Controller at Wesco International. At Wesco, he was responsible for daily accounting and reporting oversight for an international network of 360 branch locations, five distribution centers and several larger acquired businesses. Prior to joining Wesco, Mr. Russo held several financial leadership roles for Life Fitness and Bally Manufacturing Corporation. He started his career with Grant Thornton as an Auditor. Mr. Russo holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Notre Dame University.

Ron Basso
Executive Vice President, Business Development, General Counsel and Secretary

Ron Basso

Mr. Basso joined Black Box as Executive Vice President, Business Development, General Counsel and Secretary in January 2013. Prior to that, he provided services to Black Box for a number of years as lead legal partner at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.

Tim DeLisle
Vice President of Sales for North American Commercial Services

Tim DeLisle

Mr. DeLisle joined Black Box in February 2017 as the Vice President of Sales for North American Commercial Services. He is responsible for leading the Black Box team to deepen its relationships with its current and prospective customers, as it continues to be the Trusted Digital Partner for technology and managed service solutions. Tim brings over 25 years of experience from the technology industry, having held leadership roles of increasing responsibility with EMC Corporation, Sungard, Comdisco and Unisys Corporation. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from DePaul University.

Ronald Beckman
Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Ronald Beckman

Mr. Beckman joined Black Box as Vice President and Chief Information Officer on February 1, 2016. Prior to joining Black Box, Mr. Beckman was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at RTI International Metals, Inc. Prior to RTI, Mr. Beckman held roles of increasing responsibility at Covestro AG (formerly Bayer Material Science), Kennametal Inc. and SERVISTAR Corporation.

Rick Gannon
Vice President, Operations – NACS

Rick Gannon

In March, 2015 Mr. Gannon was named VP, Operations – NACS. He is responsible for developing an integrated and functionally aligned Operations Organization capable of continuing to deliver superior solutions to our clients. Prior to his appointment as VP, Operations, Mr. Gannon was a Regional Vice President and has performed local, regional, and national leadership roles with a wide range of experience leading services, sales, and marketing. Mr. Gannon joined Black Box in 1998.

Fred Hinojos
Vice President and Chief Administration Officer

Fred Hinojos

Mr. Hinojos joined Black Box as Vice President and Chief Administration Officer on April 18, 2016. Mr. Hinojos has over 25 years of experience where he held management roles of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, international operations, startup companies, sales and sales operations. Prior to joining Black Box, Mr. Hinojos held various roles at Flextronics International Ltd (Flextronics) including Vice President of Sales Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Business & Process Systems. Prior to Flextronics, Mr. Hinojos had various management and engineering roles at Calix Networks, Advanced Fibre Communications and Tellabs.

Jeff Murray
Vice President, Government Solutions

Jeff Murray

Mr. Murray is responsible for Government Solutions business globally. Prior to April 2016, he headed the operations of the Company's NextiraOne Federal Business segment. He has been with the Company since 2004.

David M. Pasternak
Vice President of Human Resources

Gary Doyle

Mr. Pasternak joined Black Box as Vice President of Human Resources in April 2015. Prior to joining Black Box, Mr. Pasternak was the Vice President of Human Resources for Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (NASDAQ: BECN). Prior to Beacon, Mr. Pasternak held human resource positions of increasing responsibility at General Electric and Tyco International.

Richard L. Crouch
Retired, General Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

Mr. Crouch was a General Partner with the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1979 to 2004, having served as an audit partner principally assigned to public companies. He served in various capacities for the firm, including as a regional accounting, auditing and SEC services consultant. He retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2004.

Cynthia J. Comparin
CEO, ANiMATO Technologies Corporation

Ms. Comparin is the founder and CEO of ANiMATO Technologies Corporation, a private company providing business and technology solutions to enterprise clients for almost 20 years. Prior to establishing Animato, Ms. Comparin created and was President of Alltel's Enterprise Network Services Division, providing consulting, integration and operations services to worldwide customers. Before Alltel, Ms. Comparin was Vice President and General Manager for Nortel's Network Transformation Services Division, General Manager of Latin America for Recognition International, a global technology company, and spent ten years in various US-based and international management positions at EDS.

Richard C. Elias
Retired, Senior Vice President – Optical and Specialty Materials, PPG Industries, Inc.

Mr. Elias served as the Senior Vice President – Optical and Specialty Materials of PPG Industries, Inc. from July 2008 through March 30, 2014. From April 2000 through June 2008, Mr. Elias held the position of Vice President, Optical Product of PPG Industries, Inc. He retired on April 1, 2014. Mr. Elias is a director of Universal Display Corporation.

Thomas W. Golonski
Retired, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, National City Bank of Pennsylvania

Mr. Golonski served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of National City Bank of Pennsylvania and Executive Vice President of National City Corporation from 1996 to 2005. He retired from National City in 2005. He is a director of several educational and healthcare organizations and active in other charitable organizations.

Thomas G. Greig
Senior Managing Director, Liberty Capital Partners

Mr. Greig has been a Senior Managing Director of Liberty Capital Partners, a private equity partnership, since 1998. He is also a director of publicly-held Rudolph Technologies, Inc. and a privately-held company.

Retired, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Caterpillar Inc.

Mr. Heller retired from Caterpillar Inc. in February 2012. He held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Caterpillar during a 38-year career, last serving as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for more than the last 5 years.

William H. Hernandez
Retired, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, PPG Industries, Inc.

Mr. Hernandez was the Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of PPG Industries, Inc. from 1995 until October 2009. He joined PPG in 1990 as Controller and was named Vice President and Controller in 1994. Mr. Hernandez is a director of Albermarle Corporation, Northrop Grumman Corporation and USG Corporation, all publicly-held companies.

E.C. Sykes
President and Chief Executive Officer; Director

Mr. Sykes joined Black Box as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director on February 29, 2016. Mr. Sykes spent 14 years at Flextronics International Ltd. in roles of increasing responsibility, concluding as Executive Officer and Group President of the Industrial and Emerging Products Group. Following his career at Flextronics, Mr. Sykes became the President and CEO of Switch Lighting, a Silicon Valley LED lighting company.
