How can I pay for my order?
We except all major credit and debit cards (shown below). We also offer existing account holders the ability to pay via purchase order. To apply for a credit account call customer services on 0118 965 5000.

Do you offer financing?
Yes, we are able to offer financing. For a quote, or to find out more about our finance options contact our sale team on 0118 965 6150 or learn more about our financing options.

Black Box financing options are carried out in partnership with Syscap who are members of BESA and the FLA (Finance and Leasing Authority), so you are guaranteed a safe and high quality service.

When will my goods be delivered?
Depending on the delivery option you have chosen, your goods will be shipped as soon as they are in stock (providing you order before 5pm). UK Mainland will ship on a next working day service. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Ireland (Eire), Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles will ship on 1-2 working day service. Items sent recorded delivery will be sent on a 2-3 working day service. You will receive an e-mail outlining when you can expect delivery of your item(s).

Can I collect my goods from you?
Yes, we have a collection point at our Head Office in Reading. One of our customer service team will contact you to let you know when the goods will be ready for collection. Please do not come to collect items without checking whether they are in stock first.

Can I amend/cancel my order?
Until your order ships we are able to amend or cancel it. If the item has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please contact our customer services team on 0118 965 5000 to amend or cancel your order. Orders cannot be changed/cancelled online.

 

What is your returns/refund policy?

  • My product is damaged or does not suit my requirements?

    • One of our Returns Co-ordinators will advise you on what to do next.
  • My product is faulty?
    • Call Black Box Technical Support on 0118 965 6000.
    • One of our engineers will advise you on what to do next.
  • You would like to return a product under the Black Box 15-day Sale or Return Service?
    • Download our Equipment Returns Form.
    • On receipt of this completed form, we will send you a set of labels with your Equipment Return Number.
    • Simply package your product, stick the labels on the front of the box and return to Black Box. (Black Box will not incur any return delivery costs.)
