At Black Box we have a dedicated help desk facility based at our head office, enabling us to provide tailored support contracts to suit customer requirements. For example, we can provide all aspects of support from an all-encompassing 24x7 remote managed service, to a standard hardware break & fix contract.
We can cover all aspects of your installed infrastructure including fibre optic, copper, and legacy systems. By using a national network of qualified engineers, we can provide a traditional on site response within agreed time limits or alternatively we can provide a dedicated on site teams to support you wherever needed. We work to defined SLA's, covering response times, performance and fault resolution.
