- One of our Returns Co-ordinators will advise you on what to do next.
- My product is faulty?
- Call Black Box Technical Support on 0118 965 6000.
- One of our engineers will advise you on what to do next.
- You would like to return a product under the Black Box 15-day Sale or Return Service?
- Download our Equipment Returns Form.
- On receipt of this completed form, we will send you a set of labels with your Equipment Return Number.
- Simply package your product, stick the labels on the front of the box and return to Black Box. (Black Box will not incur any return delivery costs.)
