What is your returns/refund policy?
What do I do if ...

  • My product is damaged or does not suit my requirements?
    • Call the Black Box Returns Department on 0118 965 5100.
    • One of our Returns Co-ordinators will advise you on what to do next.
  • My product is faulty?
    • Call Black Box Technical Support on 0118 965 6000.
    • One of our engineers will advise you on what to do next.
  • You would like to return a product under the Black Box 15-day Sale or Return Service?
    • Download our Equipment Returns Form.
    • On receipt of this completed form, we will send you a set of labels with your Equipment Return Number.
    • Simply package your product, stick the labels on the front of the box and return to Black Box. (Black Box will not incur any return delivery costs.)
